Parent Support Webinar: Understanding Neurodiversity and Supporting Positive Identity

Monday 16th March at 7pm

As part of Neurodiversity Celebration Week, The Therapy Adventure are hosting a supportive webinar for parents and carers, recognising the real challenges families face and sharing neurodiversity-affirming perspectives that can support children to build a positive sense of identity.

We explore together how neurodivergent differences are often misunderstood, how this can impact children’s self-esteem and wellbeing, and how parents can advocate for their child in ways that are both supportive and affirming. Led by our Clinical Psychology team with input from Manchester Parent Carer Forum, and supported by Manchester City Council.
